Terms of use
Last updated 10 September 2026
These terms apply to your use of this website. By using it you accept them. They cover the site only. If GoFusion carries out work for your organisation, that work is governed by the contract for it, and nothing here changes that contract.
The company behind this site is identified in the legal notice.
What this site is, and is not
Everything published here is general information about how GoFusion works and how we think about transformation. It is not advice. It is not tailored to your organisation, your market, your accounts or your obligations, and it should not be treated as a substitute for professional advice taken on your own facts.
No relationship between us begins because you read something here. It begins when there is a signed engagement, and not before.
What you can rely on
We take care that what we publish is accurate when we publish it, and we say only what our record supports. We do not promise that it stays current. Practice moves, law moves, and an article written last year may describe a position that has changed.
Figures describing GoFusion's own record relate to past work. They are stated accurately and they are not a forecast. Nothing here is a guarantee of any particular outcome for anyone else.
Who owns what is here
The text, images, brand, name and design of this site belong to GoFusion or to the people we licensed them from. You may read the site, print pages for your own use, and quote short passages with attribution and a link.
You may not republish substantial parts of it, present our writing as your own, or use our name or brand to imply an endorsement or a relationship that does not exist. Ask us instead. We rarely say no.
Automated access
What crawlers and other automated readers may do is set out in robots.txt, which is the operative statement. Search and answer engines are welcome: GoFusion publishes in order to be read and quoted, and a citation is the point.
Using the site properly
You agree not to:
- use the site or the contact form unlawfully, or to send anything abusive or misleading;
- attempt to gain access to any part of it you are not meant to reach;
- interfere with how it works for anyone else;
- collect personal data from it, by automated means or otherwise.
What you send us
Send only what is yours to send. Please do not send confidential material through the contact form: it is a form on a website, and a first message does not need it. If a conversation reaches the point where confidentiality matters, we will put an agreement in place first.
What we do with an enquiry is set out in the privacy notice.
Links to other sites
Where we link somewhere else, it is because it was useful when we linked it. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for them.
Availability
We try to keep the site available and accurate, and we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of error. We may change or withdraw any part of it.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. That much is settled law and is stated here because it has to be.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update this page. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and using the site after that means accepting the current version.
